Al-Tayyar explained that the number of those registered on the authority’s digital service channels exceeded two million registered Hijaz, including nearly one million active users, and the number of downloads of applications affiliated to the smart authority reached 6.1 million, while the percentage of digital adoption of the services provided by the authority reached 95.2 percent, and the percentage of compliance with the Data Law Dubai has achieved 100 percent, and the number of services provided through the Authority's digital channels is estimated at 309.

His Excellency Al Tayer Airport added that the robotic speaker (Mahboob) provides 285 services and contributed to reducing the percentage of live chat received to the authority’s call center by 40 percent.
